1. Scope of the website and quote requests

The website provides information about services and allows you to request a quote. Any quote, availability, scope, timing, and final cost may depend on an assessment of the vehicle condition and details you provide.

2. Pre-contract information and consumer rights

Before a distance/off-premises contract is concluded, we provide pre-contract information, including the trader’s identity and contact details.

You may have the right to withdraw from a contract concluded outside commercial premises or by distance communication. We cite: Закон України "Про захист прав споживачів", стаття 21. You are also entitled to information about the product/service and, in the case of distance/off-premises contracts, relevant information provided before and at the time of concluding the contract. If electronic contracts are used, we provide information about the electronic commerce subject and the order of concluding the electronic contract. Mandatory consumer information is provided in the state language (Ukrainian), in line with: Закон України "Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної", стаття 30. 3. Service availability, assessment, and changes

Requests for quotes are invitations to treat. A service may be offered only after reviewing the request and assessing the vehicle condition and feasibility of the requested work. We may update the scope and final price based on the assessment.

We may refuse service requests that are incomplete, inaccurate, or involve unsafe/unlawful actions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the website lawfully and not to:

• submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information;
• attempt to interfere with the website’s functioning or security;
• use the website to collect personal data or perform unauthorized actions;
• request services in a way that violates applicable laws or safety requirements.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, infrapulselab.com is not responsible for damages arising from information provided by you, incorrect vehicle details, or third-party actions beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable Ukrainian law.

6. Complaints and out-of-court dispute resolution

If you have a complaint, you can submit it to the business using the contact details in the footer. We process complaints in accordance with applicable consumer-protection rules.
